Ian Jameson joins Web Office Systems

We are delighted to announce Ian Jameson as the latest addition to the Web Office Systems team as National Sales Executive.
Ian graduated with a B.A.(Hons) degree in Business Studies from the University of Sheffield in 1982 and has held a number of senior positions. With two spells abroad (Holland for 18 months and France for over 6 years). He combines extensive domestic and European experience and has covered all elements of sales and project management experience. Ian spent many years working in the Automotive industry with various companies under the umbrella of Arvin Industries. In April 2001 he joined Lean Chain (a start-up internet Supply chain Company) as Business Development Director-Europe and built up the sales from zero. Major clients included Midas France.
Ian was accredited as an Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB) in July 2002 and set up his own business Lodestar Management Services Limited at the same time. Since then he has worked with a Czech investment group which launched a chain of auto-centres in Prague, a Local Education Authority where Ian helped them to define key objective targets related to their current and future strategies, helped a major automotive parts distribution company define one of their key product lines and he was adviser to one of the large buying groups until a new MD was appointed. At the same time he has enhanced the European sales of a US component parts supplier.
Ian's company Lodestar received the 'One to Watch' 2005 award from the ITM (Institute for Transport Management) in recognition of services offered to the Transport Industry. During 2006 Ian worked with a US biofuels producer liaising with the UK government and Local Development agencies to find suitable locations for a new generation of bio-processing plant.
In recent times Ian has been working with Web Office Systems to develop our portfolio of manufacturing clients on a freelance basis.
