  • Free Rent Guarantee Insurance for 6 months to our landlords. For a small cost this can be extended to 12 months

  • Prepare and issue Inventories and a schedule of condition of the property of details of the property
  • Accompanied viewings at the property.
  • Full referencing and Credit checks carried out on prospective Tenants by a credit reference agency
  • Preparation and signing of legal documentation by Tenants
  • Collection of Deposit and placing in Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Key handover/check in service
  • Rental collection on a monthly basis and credited to your chosen bank account, less our agreed fee
  • Monthly accounts statement issued

The charge for this service is £195.00 set up fee and a 9% commission charge each month
